Exchanges & Returns Policy

At Simcoe Customizing, every item is made just for you. Because our products are custom-designed, printed, or embroidered to your specifications, all sales are final and non-returnable.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless there is a manufacturing error or a defect in the product.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check all spelling, sizes, colors, and design approvals before final production.

What if there's an issue?

We stand behind our work! If your item arrives with a clear error that was our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to make it right.
