Can I cancel my order?
Because we begin working on custom orders quickly, cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet entered production. Once we’ve started preparing artwork, ordering materials, or customizing your item, we’re unable to cancel it.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@simcoecustomizing.com or call us directly. We'll do our best to help—timing is everything!

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Friday afternoon will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping Within Canada Only
At this time, we only ship within Canada. We're proudly Canadian-made and focused on serving customers from coast to coast. If you're outside of Canada and interested in our products, feel free to reach out—we’ll let you know if that changes in the future!

Turnaround time depends on the type of customization and volume. Most orders are completed within 5–10 business days after final artwork approval. Rush service is available—contact us for availability.

Since all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part or if there is manufacturer defect.

Pricing is based on the type of customization, item, quantity, and design complexity. Bulk pricing is available.

Yes, a least a 50% deposit is required on most orders, with the balance due at pickup or before shipping.

We offer screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-film (DTF), direct-to-garment (DTG), heat-transfer-vinyl (HTV), permanent-adhesive-vinyl (PAV), sublimation, UV DTF, wide-format printing, and laser etching—all done in-house.

In some cases, yes—but not all fabrics or products are suitable for every process. Please contact us before bringing in your own items.

Yes, as long as the design stays the same, you can mix sizes, colors, or garment styles. We’ll help you get the best pricing based on your order.

Absolutely! Our in-house graphic department can assist with creating or refining your design for the best results.

Preferred formats include vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) or high-resolution PNGs. If you’re not sure, send us what you have and we’ll advise.
